The location and amenities of this were perfect! We will be back!!!

Pros: This location is awesome, and the condo was so clean and nice! It is small, but that's to be expected in CA. The best part was assigned parking in a secure lot. We will definitely stay here again!! Easy to get in and out and close to everything!

Cons: The water pressure was very weak. The pull out bed isn't the best, but that's to be expected. For the most part everything was great.

Pros: This is my 4th time staying here. I love the location and the fact that we have beach chairs, etc. Perfect little spot.

Cons: Next door neighbors were very noisy until after 2am our first night.

Very nice stay and location

Pros: The unit had everything we needed. It was small but felt spacious enough, functional and in good condition. Everything worked well and was very comfortable. We had 3 people staying for a week and it fit our needs. We never got around to using the pool but it looked nice and would have been great to BBQ on one of the available BBQs and hang out there. We used the laundry room and that was really nice to have on site. The location was perfect and it was really nice to have a dedicated parking spot since it's such a busy area. Our unit had an upper balcony with an ocean view.. the breeze kept it nice and cool even though it was 80+ and muggy all week. There was also an AC in the bedroom. Overall, we had a great vacation and would definitely stay again if it's still affordable.

Cons: Only small complaints would be there isn't a lot of space for food storage without moving around the dishes and kitchen ware, easy enough to do but leaving one cabinet open for it would be nice. And it would be nice if they listed everything that was supplied so I wouldn't have packed as much. Specifically, there are plenty of pots, pans, crock pot, extra towels, blankets, laundry and dish detergent, a roll out bed, and even coffee and filters. Some rentals have that and some are very limited so you can never be totally sure unless it's listed.
