We will use the property again if possible asit was a good deal and great location for us.

Pros: Convenient and close to the beach and Balboa island. We were able to eat most meals in the apartment. The room was very clean and had the necessary kitchen ware to cook and eat with. Host was very helpful and fast to reply.

Cons: Grill needs updated. Traffic noise as on the main road through the peninsula. Garage is very small so we used the street parking, but this was noted in the listing.

Sun surf and relaxing

Pros: Short walk to beach and the restaurants were about one mile up the beach. We enjoyed the walking to and from dinner, so the distance was perfect.

Cons: There is a garage for parking, but a Ford Explorer will not fit. We were lucky to find parking on the side street near our rental.

We had a great time to be honest

Pros: Everything was great except for the bed for all the money put into this apartment i would recommend a better bed frame we almost broke first day and ended up sleeping on air mattress. This was almost a problem but the location was excellent parking good all other amenities where very nice

Cons: Bed frame was super cheap to be honest
