Loved it, great accomodation in an amazing location. Perfect for a family of 4.

Pros: Great property, great location, perfect for a family of 4. Everything we needed.

Cons: Parking spot is small, and parking our large SUV was a real inconvenience each day…but to be fair it is advertised with dimensions and there’s not much can be done to make it any better. Tenants should be provided with keys to front door fly screen. My kids accidentally locked us out (very simple/easy mistake to make), and with no keys we had to call the owner and took 10-15min to gain entry.

Beautiful weather, great location, authentic San Diego experience

Pros: Convenient location if visiting all major San Diego college campuses. Loved walking the Mission beach boardwalk every morning and walking to Mission Cafe for a delicious breakfast.

Cons: The parking stall is tight, but the owner explicitly states that in the advertisement. Suggest renting a small SUV or smaller car to fit. A parking stall is a must in Mission Beach.

Staying here exceeded all my expectations! Can’t wait to go back!

Pros: Everything was great! It was simple to get in. We were surprised by a little welcome note and flowers 🤗 Having a full kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and a washer/dryer made it feel like home. And of course nothing beats the reason why I chose this home in the first place - the beach! Steps away! Hardly anyone was on our slice of the beach and the owner provided everything we needed (chairs, towels, umbrellas, a cart, beach toys, etc). Would absolutely book again! And honestly can’t wait to!

Beautiful home in a perfect location to enjoy the beach, walkways, restaurants, and sunsets.

Pros: Location was perfect, home was so comfortable and well laid out.

Pros: Location cannot be better. Right beside the beach. Kids friendly. It got kid’s books, toys, games. It got almost everything you can think of, feels like home.
