Smashing Newly-Built with Ocean/Bay/City Views!

It was much more than I expected. The photos don't do justice to the beauty of this place.

Pros: The apartment is very beautiful, large, bright, and cozy. The owner of the apartment has thought every detail to make your stay enjoyable and amazing: tea, coffe, ice, fine tableware, everything you need for the beach. The big porch gives you awesome views. The apartment is located close to the ocean, beach, and cafes. At the same time, it is in a quiet, cozy area. It was very nice to receive a small gift from the host on the day of arrival. It was very sweet. Thanks to the owner, he helped with any questions and was always available.

Really fantastic, we would definitely go back.

Pros: The location was excellent with super views. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable with good lighting. I particularly liked the walk-in wardrobe with plenty of space for clothes, with robes provided.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. It would have been useful to have some household gloves and cleaning cloths available to help wipe up, and I couldn't find any plugs for the kitchen or bathroom sinks, but that is just a very minor point.

This condo was one of the nicest we've enjoyed in the area.

Pros: The property lies on a high hillside offering a nice view of the bay and city to the south. Lovely at night, too. The owners did a great job renovating. Lots of attention to detail and decor. It was very clean, quiet and private. The bed was quite comfortable. The owners Erick and Tommy were personable and helpful.

Cons: Parking was a little tricky sometimes because of the small cul de sac and hillside street parking. As seniors we were not up to hiking up the hill, but Erick made room for us to park in front of his garage. It helps to have a smaller car for this property location.

A wonderful, tranquil apartment in a very good area.

Pros: This is a beautifully designed apartment, perfectly located with spectacular views to the Pacific Ocean. The photos don't do it justice. It's within easy reach of public transport into downtown SD, and well placed for driving up the coast to the beautiful beaches of Del Mar and Encinitas (there are good local beaches too). Our hosts (based in the main house) had thought of literally everything, from beach towels to body wash and a very welcome bottle of wine on arrival. This is a super-stylish, chic option for grownup travellers, whether for business or pleasure. There is even outdoor seating and firepit! Local amenities are easily reached.

Cons: No negatives. Hands down the best place we've stayed in from all our extensive travels across the UK, Europe and the US.
