Cool bungalow in Carlsbad.

Pros: Host was fabulous. Good communication. Nice patio area. Close to the beach. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Off street parking. Good beach supplies.

Cons: Use of small space heaters. Outdoor grill should be replaced or cleaned.
