Pros: The ocean and sand ..patio/ hot tub all right at your feet. The house was clean. Beds comfortable, was nicely appointed and roomy. Location was easy and close to marina/shops,grocery.

Cons: The kitchen pots...pans...very poor..outside grill was rusted not usable without some aluminum covering on the grilling grate.. the front gate was a small problem to let family members/ friends enter.
