Pros: The location was just amazing! Also the host Fabrizio was great! I had a question about the downstairs bathroom and was great and very easy to talk to and was very kind in his communication!

Cons: Only little thing was the garage is tight on space. It was explained in the post though and knew about it. Also there is parking in front and across the street. So not really a concern or issue.

Great spot to stay with friends if your priority is beach access and beach lifestyle

Pros: Super easy keypad access similar to systems I've used in Europe. It's got everything you need for a fun stay with friends at the beach. It's a well kept property, tidy, kind of \

Cons: The sleeper sofa isn't the most comfortable. All the other beds seems to sleep well, so I guess I chose poorly because the other beds were comfy. Updating the bedding was my only recommendation. Everything else was just as hoped.

Pros: The location was great. The house was not fancy but perfect for us. The Host was easy to contact and was very communicative. We would stay there again.

Cons: The master bed wasn't very comfortable, but it wasn't too bad.

We had such a good time and the owner of the property is quick to respond if needed and very accommodating.

Pros: I took my 16 son and 5 of his friends and they loved the location. It’s a busy street during the day but it calms in the evening.

Pros: It was a very close walk to the beach and right next to the grocery store. House had everything we needed for our trip. The host was great and very responsive. We used the beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards provided to us by the host. We used the BBQ at the house for two dinners. The house looks like it might not have much privacy being on the corner from some of the pictures, but it doesn't feel that way when you're there and fun to people watch all the friendly beach goers walking by. The Taco spot Chihuahua in the center across the street was amazing, affordable, and delicious. The locally made ice cream shop Handles was a 1/2 mile walk along the beach and well worth it! Amazing ice cream. We would rent again given the opportunity, great area, and vibes.
