Great location, overall comfortable - just needs a little love.

Pros: Location was excellent. A block from Balboa Pier but surprisingly quiet. Lots of windows and light. Kitchen was great - plenty of dishes and utensils. Nice shared patio space. Property manager was very responsive and provided thorough check in/out instructions.

Cons: Entrance area near the unit was pretty dingy. Not inviting. Tile floors throughout needed a deep cleaning. They need to be scrubbed - not just mopped. Bedroom ceiling fan was too noisy to use.
