Lovely unit, gorgeous grounds

Pros: The unit was nicely decorated. The neutral color scheme made it look very airy. the kitchen was well equipped. We especially loved the patio. We were initially concerned about privacy because this unit is on the first floor but it was actually very private because the front was screened off aff the sides had plants which afforded privacy. It felt like being in a tree-house. And we loved the grounds with the tropical vegetation, koi pond, ducklings and waterfalls. The included parking was also a plus, and my husband enjoyed the well equpped gym.

Cons: I really wish that there had been a door to the bedroom, I did not like that the vanity is outside the bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination but no grab bar, which can be an issue for some of us oldsters,

Wonderful condo and location to the beach!

Pros: This was an excellent location and accommodation for our family! It was on the beach, with a few minute walk to different beaches. We especially loved Harbor Beach that we easily walked over to. We loved that option. It was very convenient to go out the gates on the beach and watch the sun set. The condo was very clean and a comfortable layout for us, with a good kitchen. We were impressed with how quiet neighbors were. A big bonus was the good-sized patio where we stored our beach gear and hung things to dry. Another great thing about the condo complex was the lush grounds, big pool, awesome gym, and gated parking. It was also an easy drive to San Diego and Torrey Pines State Park.

Cons: It could have been stocked better for as long of a stay as we had (8 nights). We could have used more toilet paper, kitchen towels, paper towels, and garbage bags. We had to buy TP, paper towels, and do laundry to was dish towels. A few repairs would be nice (dishwasher bottom rack had no wheels to roll in and out, and the screen door fell off its track daily), but it didn’t impact our wonderful stay.
