Custom Home - Beach close/convenient to everything

Really lovely stay!

Pros: This was a rather perfect week in a rather perfect house! Not only is the house roomy and thoroughly clean, the host knew exactly how to make us feel welcome with lovely attentions throughout the house. Also, while there aren't many ways to go bored in the Northern suburbs, there are even fewer reasons to get bored in this specific house: table tennis, foosball table, ball games in the yard, etc. Speaking of the outdoor area, it was larger than I had expected, so we had fun frisbee-ing around, and the outdoor laid-back area is also really nice to rest in between frisbee-ing rounds! :) All in all, I would gladly go back any time.

Cons: I can't really think of anything. It would be nice to have a way back to the locked house from the garage without going through the front door; but my complaining about having to do 10 more steps should tell you a bunch about how I am seriously nitpicking! Overall, it was a really, really lovely stay.

We came down for a graduation and the house was perfect for our family.

Pros: How it was very spacious and the different games that we were able to enjoy.

Pros: It was pretty relaxing , my kids enjoy the ping pong and it was nice and quiet.

This was a great house up on fire mountain, lovely yard and was easy every step of the way!

Pros: This house is very spacious with a great backyard. We loved the outside patio with couch, heater and foosball table and the ping pong table in the garage was a nice bonus. They had some extra blow up mattresses and all the tvs had roku already set up. Kitchen had all the supplies needed for making meals.

Cons: The cleanliness was rough, the half bathroom had spiderwebs and spiders in the corners and there were a lot of kitchen items that were put away into the cupboards but were still dirty, slimy or greasy. The hand towels in the in suite bathroom smelled like mildew upon arrival - leaving our hands smelling gross. In the twin bedroom the beds were okay but if you put a mattress topper on those they would feel so much better, especially for your older guests. Specific to our stay there was some major construction going on (jack hammering) at 8am on thanksgiving morning. We were happy to be spending the day with family nearby but if we were celebrating at the house it would have become very annoying.

Our stay was excellent

Pros: The property was just perfect. Close to everything we needed and in a great neighborhood. The host was amazing, she provided a porta crib and high chair for our baby which came in handy.

Cons: Nothing.

I would stay here again and again. Mid Century modern decor is my jam!

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect for our stay close to everything like the outlet mall and San Diego and all of the attractions

Cons: The neighbors Next Door appeared to be older yet enjoy a good party. I think they may work from home or maybe they retired or well off. They enjoy their pool in their backyard. They weren’t extremely noisy, but we could hear them as if maybe our conversations could be heard by them as well.

Wonderful and clean!

Pros: It accommodates the large group that we usually travel in. Includes all we needed since we did not like to eat out much we were able to cook our meals to eat at the property and to-go as well.

Wonderful roomy place, close to the beach!

Pros: Very roomy and nice layout. Very close to the beach and very close to stores and food. Great backyard to chill out in and we enjoyed the Foosball table! We will definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to Oceanside.

Comfortable, hidden gem with beautiful accommodations, perfect to get away.

Pros: This is truly a hidden gem in Oceanside!! Located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, every last detail was just perfect. The bed was so comfortable, the landscaping and vegetation outside was beautiful, and was such a great deal! Close to shopping and restaurants, only a few miles from the Oceanside pier and beaches. The host was incredibly responsive, and the home is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, towels, they even provided dog bowls and blankets for pets! The cozy fireplace was such a nice touch. We loved our stay and will book again if we come back to visit Oceanside!

Cons: Nothing really, maybe a little dated but that did not matter. A few miles to the beach but an incredible deal.
