Luv Oceanside Views-1 House to Beach

A good place for a family beach holiday

Pros: The property was clean comfortable and a good location for accessing the beach and attractions nearby.

Cons: Information about where to find food shops and good restaurants nearby would have been helpful. The street light shining into the bedrooms through the upper windows was also a bit of an issue .

A great beach house to stay at

Pros: We spent our first 4 days of our vacation at Oceanside and then came back for our last 3 days and we all fully enjoyed our time there, both the house, its rooftop terrasse and its location (and having a parking space). The house and the rooms were perfect for us being 2 adults and 4 grown up children of which 2 of them had to share a double bed, which was fortunately XXL. Besides that the house is well equiped, spacious and cosy. Definitely a house we can recommend.

Cons: The parking place is quite narrow so even though it is long enough for two cars, the second car cannot be too wide. But we found enough space for our big 6 persons car (a Crystler Pacific).

Pros: Perfect location for our family vacation! Just steps from the beach and fantastic rooftop patio when we chose to have more privacy without sacrificing the view!! Kitchen was exceptionally equipped with everything we needed, not to mention newly remodeled and beautiful. Beach towels and toys were available for use as well. Everything was conveniently located to this lovely, well decorated property.

Pros: We loved everything . Beautiful , very clean house , we had everything in the house we possibly need . So comfortable beds , a lot of space. And the beach just step away from us with the boardwalk and nice people around . Quiet neighborhood. Daniel thank you so much .

Cons: None , we did not want to leave :)

Excellent Visit

Pros: The Luv Oceanside-1 House was clean, well-appointed and fully stocked. We had use of beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach which was only a block away. The location was ideal, so close to everything. Many great eateries (Olive Cafe/ Molly's/ the Mission/ Miss B's) were all less than 10 minutes' walk away. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck where you could hear the waves and count the stars. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

Pros: Location was fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone, kitchen was nice and well stocked. Patio was nice!

Cons: Parking was tight (to be fair we had a Ford Expedition Max) but we made it work. Bathrooms had hair from previous guest, but not terribly bad! Host was fine - reservation stated he would meet us at property, when we called he seemed a bit confused and just gave us the code for the door. I would suggest updating the listing to avoid future issues.

Pros: Location! Included everything needed for time at the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Pros: A localização é excelente ! O rooftop é muito legal tmb! Cozinha super bem equipada! Fizemos quase todas nossas refeições na casa. As roupas de cama e as toalhas de banho são de boa qualidade .

Cons: Não tinha ar condicionado e o aquecedor do meu quarto estava com problema, mas foi prontamente reparado.

Pros: Localização; Limpeza; Conforto; Equipamento da casa Tudo impecável

Cons: A casa tem alcatifa na sala e quartos e pode ser um problema para pessoas com alergia. De resto tudo ótimo.
