Steps 2 Ocean & Surfing Ocean Views Rooftop Deck

Pros: We loved the whole place! We stayed for 4 nights and had the best time. Accom was comfortable and clean, it had everything a small family could ask for. The view at sunset tops it off. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Pros: Lovely house near Pacific Beach, very comfortable and equipped with all the basics, everything you might need for a few days stay. Super easy self check-in with the code lock.

Cons: Maybe, showers and bathrooms could use some updates and renovations.

Pros: Location was a quiet residential area only a 2 min walk to PB promenade. Onsite parking was great. Very easy access. Rooftop terrace is a lovely bonus.

Cons: Decor in bathrooms is quite old fashioned.

Pros: Great location, with ocean views - very quiet area and well connected. All you could need is there. Big rooms and a great layout of the flat. Perfect with kids.

Cons: The only thing that could be improved easily are the curtains in the bedrooms (blackout), we were awake as soon as the soon came out:)

Pros: Casa stupenda, ben arredata con spazi adeguati per tutti. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato eccellente considerando anche la vicinanza dal mare. Dalla terrazza si poteva vedere il mare e tramonti bellissimi e raggiungere la spiaggia era davvero semplicissimo, bastava girare l'angolo! Il personale sempre molto disponibile, ci siamo inviati parecchi messaggi e sono stati davvero gentilissimi. Se avremo modo di tornare a San Diego ricontatteremo sicuramente questa struttura.

Great place to stay with family, short walking distance to the beach. very relaxing rooftop views.

Pros: Location- Walking distance to the beach and shops were scenic. Rooftop view and access was amazing! enjoyed having a fully functional kitchen. Great for family vacations, will book again for future visits. Short drive to Birch Aquarium, SD Zoo, Museum of Us.

Cons: Parking area was a bit of a tight squeeze to share with 2 full size trucks for both tenants but was manageable since the downstairs tenants were very nice and understanding. Public street area for parking was packed due to the beach visitors over the weekend but lightened up on the weekdays. Needed additional seating, or a larger couch. Couch sat three people and there were two rocking chairs in the living room.

Pros: Perfecte ligging, vlak bij het strand en boulevard. Schoon en ruim.

Cons: In de keuken ontbraken handdoeken en theedoeken.

I would stay here again !!

Pros: The property was in a great location. Great for a 5 min walk to the ocean. It’s right by bars and some cute boutiques. The view from the balcony is a view you see in movies it’s just breath taking!

Cons: We found some old hair pins and clip under the mattress when we stayed and saw that there was a stain on the mattress but other than that it was super clean.

A Perfect Home Away from Home if Home Could Include Extraordinary Views of the Pacific Ocean!

Pros: The location was excellent for walking down to the beach or the walkway above it along Pacific Beach and down to Mission Beach. The rooftop view is spectacular and the comfy chairs up there make it a prime spot for any time of the day. The views from the house itself were beautiful too! The beds were so comfortable, the space for our family was incredible, and the kitchen made our time even more like home. Having access to washer and dryer was a bonus! Highly recommend!

Pros: Wir hatten viel Platz, große Zimmer, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Meerblick, große und gut eingerichtete Küche, toller Rooftop mit schöner Aussicht. Waschmaschine und Trockner. 4 riesige Fernseher und schnelles Internet. Für uns 2 war es angenehm ruhig. Für junge Leute fehlt sicher etwas mehr Leben in der Nähe.

Cons: Die 2 Badezimmer waren etwas veraltet.
