The property and host make a huge difference. This is one of those places they do it right.

Pros: The place was located on top of the hill with a view of the ocean. The dog beach is a very close drive. Besides the continuous planes over head it was rather quiet with not a lot of traffic. Each room had it's own AC unit, ceiling fan, and a smart TV when we wanted to relax at night. The beds were extremely soft and pillows very comfortable. There was a half bathroom downstairs and full-bathroom upstairs. This is very convenient when multiple guest stay. The kitchen had everything one needs including coffee and tea pods for the Keurig coffee maker. The small gated back patio was enough for my dogs to roam and do their business. The host kept in contact leading up to the stay and was very responsive when I had questions. I would stay here again!
