Nice new well appointed, airy 3 BR standalone granny apartment

Pros: Nice new 3 BR standalone granny apartment. Well appointed, airy. cosy little private patio. Nice plantings. Nothing special in the neighborhood, but it was a good location for a range of outings in the San Diego region. Had a baby with us; they provided a nice pak-n-play for him.

Perfect for families visiting San Diego

Pros: Perfect for families visiting beautiful San Diego. Safe and quiet neighborhood with close by restaurants and supermarkets and everything you need. Host June was extremely welcoming and very responsive- left us a welcome package with drinks and snacks which was very refreshing and kind. Beds were comfortable, the property was spotless clean and very spacious and we felt at home to do our family cooking since the kitchen was very well stocked. The cute garden was also great for morning coffee in the fresh air. Hope to come back and stay in the future.

Perfect for a family vacation

Pros: My family and I stayed at June’s place in Mira Mesa for my sister’s college graduation. The guesthouse is near the freeway, easy to locate, and there was street parking. The location is great as there are many restaurants, cafes, and markets near by. The neighborhood is very peaceful. We did have a Tesla, and June’s place did offer charging for it, which was a very nice plus. The guesthouse has a great layout. It’s very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We liked the ceiling fans in each room to help keep us cool. June’s kitchen was great. It has everything we needed and we were able to cook several breakfasts. We had an unforgettable family vacation and am glad we chose to stay here.

Safe, beautiful, and centrally-located guest house at an affordable price point for the area.

Pros: This guest house is beautifully appointed and private. The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, safe, and enjoyable-from motion detecting lights to a master bedroom bidet with heated seat! The house is bright and roomy. The back patio is a covered, beautiful lounge-oasis for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening after a long day. And the location is central with stores, restaurants, the highway, and beaches nearby. We would love to return to stay in the future.

Everything we expected and so much more.

Pros: Quiet, tucked away guest house with all the features for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The master bedroom's shower was WONDERFUL. Toiletries, lots of fluffy towels, laundry, dishwasher. Full size kitchen, easy to make our own meals when we wanted to and chill lots of beverages -- and chill out! Near to great seafood restaurants, upscale theater, dining, and shopping. Quick freeway access too! We thought the location was great.
