Nice property if you can deal with the air conditioning and marijuana situations

Pros: The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. The huge deck was very nice and had a grill, fire pit, beach toys and chairs. You could see the fireworks from Seaworld and had a great view of the beach and Belmont park.

Cons: There is no air conditioning at this property and we weren’t informed about it until a couple of days before check in and way too late to cancel. The apartment was very stuffy and humid. The neighboring units all smoked marijuana and the smell coming into the apartment was constant and overwhelming. The parking was challenging but we were informed that it would be, but we had no idea about the other two things.

It was clean and fun place to be. We all had a great time.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean and was stocked everything we needed. Also the location is excellent!

The views were stunning. You wake up to an amazing, wide open view of the waves right from your bed.

Pros: Location was amazing and having a garage ,unheard of! Plus there is an elevator to top it off. Luggage and mobility challenged, this was the icing on the cake. Enjoyed it soooooo much.

Cons: Being disabled, the height of the toilets and no hand rails in the shower were a bit scary.

Beach Views HUGE patio ⛱️😍

Pros: The location to the beach and Belmont Park was perfect. The patio was by far our favorite part of the house. A community laundry room was easily accessible (quarters are needed to operate), which made it convenient to travel home with clean clothes.

Cons: Parking could be a bit of a challenge. There is a garage that was helpful for smaller or mid-size cars. Full-size SUVs or trucks may have a hard time parking in the garage.

Pros: Super Ausstattung, sogar für Strand, Garage inklusive. Sie ist sehr geräumig und hat eine schöne und große Terrasse.ein Ansprechpartner war immer erreichbar.

Cons: Nur das Doppelbett im Kinderzimmer könnte mit einer besseren Matratze ausgestattet sein.

Pros: The location and views were fantastic! The huge deck was perfect.

Cons: The parking was a challenge and it's a little noisy at night but totally worth it.

Pros: Family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay. Home is very clean, kitchen stocked with essentials, and balcony overlooks Belmont park and ocen view. Patio furniture with a fire pit for a perfect evening to chill. Everything worked great and host readily available if needed. Will stay again!
