Great Location, great place

Pros: Rooftop was awesome! Well stocked with chairs, beach towels, and sand toys which was a bonus. It was also so close to the beach! About 15 min walk to Belmont Park. Tvs in all rooms/levels.

Cons: Three floors, all stairs. It was fine for all of us but good to consider if you can’t climb stairs easily.

Relaxing, comfortable home right by the beach.

Pros: Perfect location between the ocean and the bay. Well appointed. The people managing it were extremely responsive and helpful.

Cons: Our only problem was a loud hvac fan that was easily fixed with help from the managers/owners.

Amazing stay at this San Diego home would love to come back and stay again!

Pros: The property was perfect for our girls trip. Everyone had their own space and we had plenty of room to hang out together and the rooftop deck was amazing. The home was clean and had everything we needed and was so close to the beach.

Ideal pour les sejours en famille avec enfants (+7)

Pros: Situation geographique - a 50 m de la plage. Malgré la periode de vacances la zone etait tres calme car au bout de la presqu'ile. Le staff etait tres réactif pour repondre aux questions. Un grand garage au 715C... et tout le necessaire pour passer un sejour tres agreable en famille (6 personnes)

Cons: Rien a dire... beaucoup d'escaliers qui ne se prêteront peut-etre pas a des familles avec des enfants en bas ages

We had a really nice time, staff were very attentive, we would recommend.

Pros: It was very spacious and had all the accommodations that we needed.

Cons: It could have been a little cleaner. The baseboards weren’t dusted, there were dirty hand prints on the walls and we found the previous occupants swim suit bottoms. Because there is no A/C the main floor had a musty smell to it. We are also not used to no air conditioning - so that was a bit of a challenge for us.
