Crown Point Home w/ Cowboy Pool 2 Blocks to Bay

Amazing Holiday Home. Will definitely return!!

Pros: The location is excellent. Seaworld was a big reason for our visit to San Diego and this was ideal. Property has a real home from home feel.

Cons: The Washing Machine was faulty but there is a launderette nearby so was no issue. Gave me a my daughter an excuse to have breakfast at the amazing Broken Yolk Cafe while the wash was on!

Pros: This is almost a 10/10! Location was perfect. Rooms were comfy. Lounge was a nice space as was the garden. Kitchen had everything in it that you needed. Shops and beach all in walking distance. Well, for us anyway. Good having a washing machine too.

Cons: 10/10 would have been my score if these few tweaks were sorted from other customer reviews. A wipe down of the kitchen cupboards, once done it’s easy to keep on top of. The bathroom, very tired, when you put the shower on, the tap underneath runs! Must be wasting so much water. The kitchen tap is a bit faulty, but again wouldn’t be much to sort. The garden space was not looked after in my opinion. Just a sweep of leaves etc would make all the difference. We might have used it if we had stayed longer (only stayed 2 nights), we used the chairs outside as a clothes horse because there was no where to hang them. Im nit a fan of washer dryers. But managed to wash and dry stuff on two days. As i say these are all small issues really as easily sorted 😊

Pros: The location was very good. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The garden outside is lovely.

Cons: The house could benefit from a better pool/ pool cover as the pool had lots of dirt, leaves and flies in it.

Great place with minor issues that if rectified would make a big difference and better experience

Pros: Location was great and property had all essentials

Cons: The cooker was not connected to electric so we could not cook, the beds had slats missing and mattress was not stable on bed, the host never responded to questions asked

Pros: I liked the feeling of home when you walked in. It was a quaint peaceful atmosphere for the time spent in the house.

Cons: The floors. We had to turn the water faucet in kitchen off several times before it stayed off. Just an fyi. When you turn shower on, the water still came out of the faucet.

Pros: Sehr zentral gelegen und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Cons: Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem ordentlich und großteils sauber (außer teilweise die Küchenutensilien)

Genoten van San Diego in dit huisje met veel extra’s op mooie locatie!

Pros: Heel compleet qua inrichting en goede ligging! Fijn ook een eigen parkeerplaats te hebben.

Cons: Niet alles werkte even goed (lichtknoppen en wasdroger combinatie droogde niet heel goed). Maar wel heel fijn om je was te kunnen doen 😄

Pros: Das Haus war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Leider war der Herd defekt aber wir haben dann den Barbecue Grill mit Herd benutzt. Der Vermieter hat uns nach eine neue Gasflasche am nächsten Tag besorgt.

Cons: Tel. war der Vermieter leider nicht zu erreichen trotz Mailbox, erst per Mail.

Adorable house near everything I wanted to do.

Pros: The house was adorable, and I am so happy we were left a key to the back yard so I could put my daughter's power wheelchair in the back. I did not think we would use the tiny pool, but my kids ended up hopping in. I love that there were sand toys, beach towels, and beach chairs that we could take to the beach with us. The house was 1 mile from the beach, 2 blocks from the bay, close to seaworld, shopping and Costco. I loved the food recommendations the host left for us.... Also... Free parking!

Cons: The driveway is tricky to back out of if you are not used to pulling out into busy traffic, especially if you have a wheelchair rack trying to scrape the road. This in no way took away from our enjoyment of the trip. I love this house, and would love to rent it again. If you are in a wheelchair, you will have to find a way up the stairs.
