For our group of 8 ladies it was great. Short stay but much fun was had by all.

Pros: Spacious. Nice fire pits. Plenty of seating inside and out. Beautiful views. Quiet. The owner was very responsive when we asked about hot tub and location of the fireplace keys. He even gave us a later check out because of a mandatory city shutdown that occurred because of the high winds the morning we were leaving. Great hosts!!

Cons: The hot tub was cold and dirty. However the mandatory city shutdown happened a day or two before we arrived. So tub got cold and dirty.
