Confortable with many amenities!

Pros: The property was an excellent value. It has a very comfortable king bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, big screen tv and was quiet although close to the freeway.

Good stay and good location.

Pros: Hotel is in good location, close to food and minutes to pier and beach. Room is nice and clean, comfortable and has all amenities. Overall was a good stay.

Cons: I had to add a night stay so had two bookings and they couldn't just charge me one deposit once I was checking in so I needed to pay cash deposit to get it back the next day and add it to my 2nd booking but I had to go to the bank to get out cash for the deposit, a little frustrating.

Pros: Staff is great. Rooms new, clean and very comfortable.

Cons: I do not like the demand for a $200.00 cash deposit at time of check in. I do not carry $200.00 cash on my person for obvious reason and I was forced to find a bank to get cash prior to assigning a room at check in. At check out, the the staff would not give me my cash back per SOP's until after I signed the form that I received the cash back! Yes, reread that statement! The staff would not give me my cash until I actually I signed a form stupulating that I received my cash, however they don't actually give you your cash until you sign the form!?!?!

We appreciate the kindness and support

Pros: The staff was very kind with my daughter & 2 cats during our stary, we had to extend our stay 3 time fleeing from domestic abuse and stealing her SSDI $.My daughter actually did vac daily for the maid with their great equipment to keep it clean. They were very sweet!

Pros: The quietness and it felt that it was accessible to other things such as food and drinks, I was able to go to the beach and movie theater and it was a great experience overall!

Pros: Si estaba limpio colchón cómodo buena ducha con buena cantidad de agua, habitación amplia con escritorio. TIENE ELEVADOR en un sector otro sector es por escalera PREGUNTAR!. Hay Estacionamiento descubierto gratis y … en horario de desayuno ofrecen CAFÉ y algunas frutas y galletas (no tiene sector de mesas)

Pros: The location is close to the beach and great shops

Cons: The parking lot was being replaced so we had to park behind the hotel. It was just bad timing put the parking lot looked great when it was done.
