Absolutely great as usual.

Pros: I've been renting this apartments for 3 years now. The host is always available if somethings is needed. He double checks if you booked in the apartment and if everything is ok. Instructions are clear. Very easy to to go to spectrum, there is a Starbuck around the corner with a local food shop. Very safe environment. The gym is great and clean. There is washing products to do your laundry.

Cons: Nothing to add.

Great location and a lovely apartment.

Pros: Perfect location for our short stay. 5 min walk to Spectrum for shopping and restaurants. Secure free parking was a bonus. Great gym. Fully equipped apartment in a really nice area. We will stay again when back in Irvine.

Cons: Nothing, all cool.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist gross, super ausgestattet. Von Gewürzen bis Waschmittel war alles da.

Cons: Der Self Check-In hat nicht auf Anhieb geklappt, es fehlten wichtige Infos. Host per Tel. nicht erreichbar, wir mussten über Booking Kontakt aufnehmen, dann klappte es aber schnell.

Pros: Nice and clean. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Pretty spacious compared to a hotel room. Was pretty quiet. Great location around lots of things to do. Private parking. Also there is a full kitchen, coffee maker, washer and dryer. Better than staying in a hotel. Also this place was a great value.

Cons: TVs took some time to get working. The remote worked intermittently. Not sure what was up with that. Maybe batteries. Wifi was a bit slow. The master bed was uncomfortable. The front door was hard to close.

Pros: it was clean, spacious and comfortable. short walk to amazing spectrum center. with lots of shops restaurants and entertainment for the kids. the weather was unseasonably cold so we didn’t get to swim but the pool was beautiful.
