Little Inn By The Bay Newport Beach Hotel

Beach stay

Pros: Kevin was very helpful on the front desk Perfect location for the beach in a good area too.Bit of noise on the roads next to us from occasional idiots and coukd here the people next door who were a bit noisy with a loud tv.Thats just the luck of the drawer tho.We would stay again

Great location in lovely area, easy to walk to beach, bars, shops and restaurants

Pros: Great location on the Balboa peninsular within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. A lovely beach vibe to the area and the Little Inn was just that, fitting well into its surroundings with parking on site.

Cons: The Inn is between 2 busy roads so take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. A 200 dollar deposit was taken which took longer than it should have to be refunded after check out.

Great short break stay

Pros: Great staff, great location, comfortable/clean room with good shower

Enjoyed being able to walk everywhere! Friendly staff.

Pros: Walking distance to Newport Beach 28th street and to several great eating places- El Ranchito, Spaghetti Factory, Crb Cooker, to name a few.

Cons: Air conditional went off and on so sleep was difficult for a hot summer day.

Pros: The hotel looks much better than in the photos. There are repainted walls. Very nice place. Clean, close to the beach.

A nice hotel in an amazing location.

Pros: The location was fantastic being close to the beach and local restaurants/entertainment. The room was spacious and really comfortable.

Cons: We had ants on our TV unit which got on a lot of our clothes.

Great one night stay

Pros: Room was a little small but for an overnight stay for a couple, it worked out just fine. Liked the balcony and the weather wasn't too cold, so we spent most of the time out there. Nice tv and comfortable bed. Pricing was fair and walking distance to restaurants.

Cons: The bathroom had some areas that weren't cleaned well. From the photo on booking.com, the room looked as if it was suppoed to have a separate spa tub in the room, next to the tv; however, we had a jetted bathtub instead. One of the lights in the room was flickering, so the room wasn't well lit but again, we spent most of the time on the balcony anyway. Parking was a little tight since it was a small inn.

Pros: Perfect location walking distance to beach and restaurants/bars.

Cons: Bathroom was a bit small and tired.

Perfect. I wanted a great location and I got it. I had a push bike so ride and walked a lot.

Pros: Great location close to ocean, pier, bars and restaurants. All within easy walking distance. It was also spotlessly clean and bed was very comfortable.

Cons: My air-conditioning unit was perhaps a little noisy but didn’t impact my stay. The hotel is on a busy (ish) street so if you plan to stay in your room all day then you might find it a little noisy.
