Comfortable and clean.

Pros: We were lucky enough to be upgraded on our arrival and the room was brilliant. Bed very comfortable and everything we needed.

Comfortable business class hotel

Pros: Good business class hotel, a little aged but well maintained, very friendly reception staff, great views from the top floor (if you are lucky), good public transport links to Newport and Santa Ana

Cons: Small things - there was no soap, vanity kit or kettle provided but all was brought upon the request from the reception team. There was a wrong charge added to my bill upon check out but was promptly removed upon my request

Pros: Very spacious room, great value for money, friendly staff.

Cons: The parking was too expensive ($ 39 per day) considering that the area was not central.

Pros: Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The room was always well made. Gym and pool were both well kept.

Pros: Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Lovely pool and not crowded.

Great convenient stop for our family vacation before we drove to San Diego Airport

Pros: The pool was great for my kids.. we ordered room service from the restaurant. Kind of pricy but to be expected! Over all we had a good stay here

Cons: Disgusting charge to park. We're already staying at your hotel, charging us to park our vehicles is absurd. I saw families forced to park a block away to avoid charge. Thats a threat to their safety.
