Pros: Good location and quiet environment. Acceptable price in that area.

Cons: wifi is too slow. And they used to charge extra parking fee. I have to call to claim it back.

Best choice!!

Pros: The room is guite big so we feel very comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom is guite big which is good. Bur structure was a little bit inconvenient.

I am satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

Pros: The wonderful man at the front desk Sunday morning at 8 am allowed me to check in because I’m one of those affected by the Line Fire. He should be commended for doing everything possible to assist me in our state of emergency

Good choice for those on a budget.

Pros: For us the location was good as we were attending a program at the Hyatt on the opposite corner. The man at the desk (Mohammed) was very helpful. We had a problem with our billing due to a mistake made by booking.com and he resolved it quickly.

Cons: Very limited selection and we weren't given a voucher unless we asked for it. No breakfast was set out in a buffet, it was just a Starbucks where if you knew to ask for it, they would give you a voucher for a few choices on the menu. uickly

The overall stay was very nice .. clean and comfortable room .. friendly staff .

Pros: Property was very clean and staff was friendly and attentive… customer service was amazing !

Cons: The courtyard sign wasn’t lit or visible at the entrance .. we missed it a few times trying to locate the entrances .sign was small and un lit.

Convenient location with ample parking options.

Pros: Location was great close to the airport & lots of free parking.

Cons: Rooms were a bit dated but not terrible. Cafe in the hotel had absolutely ridiculous prices a fruit parfait for $10 & a simple breakfast sandwich was $15 for just a sandwich!!!

Pros: Easy booking through booking.com and easy check out. Staff was very nice at registration and housekeeping staff were also very nice. Did not hear any noise outside the room, which made it easy to sleep.

Pros: The location was very good. It was close to highway and our destination.

Cons: The parking area in front of the hotel was too small. Parking building behind the hotel was poor access.

Pros: hard to locate the front entrance. Little to no signage.
