Worth a Stay

Pros: Comfortable Rooms at the Annex Building Decent Parking Space Super Breakfast

Cons: Cigarette smoke smell in one of the rooms, we had 3rooms Late reactions to change rooms or other requests

Easy to find and adequate for a couple of nights

Pros: It was easy to find, and fairly central for most things, room was adequate and a good price Plenty of parking.

Cons: having just arrived after a 16 hour flight, the lady on reception told me the room number but neglected to tell me where the room was and that they were two parts to the hotel! The shower was not the best! I did decide to use the gym at one point and discovered a couple of things that didn’t work which I did report to reception. Hopefully they got that fixed. The back of the hotel is close to the train rails and you could definitely hear the trains whoosh past, despite the double glazing. I probably wouldn’t stay for extended period of time but it was fine for the couple of days

Pros: The room was clean and tidy. Very friendly and pleasant staff.

Cons: The room smelled of cannabis.

Regular

Pros: Everything very good, large rooms with a lot of light, in general everything very good

Cons: At night I couldn't rest properly, because the room is close to the train tracks and it's very noisy

Pros: Staff was super friendly. My only complaint is that the room smelled so bad like cleaning products. I was able to air the room out a bit, but made me nauseous at first.

It was comfortable, safe, and met my needs, so we would stay again.

Pros: I liked that it was convenient to the different things I wanted to see. It also felt safe which I was worried about when traveling to California. The breakfast was enjoyable and they had enough options to feed all my kids. I’d stay here again.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like is that the bathroom floor wasn’t clean and I had a crawling baby with me. The carpet was fine which was good but wish the bathroom area had been done better.

Pros: Location was good with plenty of dining choices in the same parking lot and across the street. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: I didn’t notice any elevators, which may bother some people with rooms on the third floor.

Pros: I couldn't see any information about breakfast hours.
