Brilliant Hotel. Clean, modern. Everything you need!

Pros: Love staying in this hotel every time I visit my family!

Pros: The staff is great; always had a smile and were very helpful with questions.

Cons: I was there 5 days and my room was only cleaned 2 times. Too much plastic on breakfast. This is not very eco-friendly

Comfortable and well-equipped one-bedroom and studio suites

Pros: A good spread of breakfast, with the daily change of the mains. Very good well-equipped gym. The bed mattresses were amazing. Overall, the one-bedroom and studio suites were very comfortable.

Cons: Had a negative first impression when we checked in. We arrived the hotel almost noon due to our morning flight. The receptionist reminded us that check-in time was 3PM so we waited at the lobby. We didn't want to go anywhere since we just got off an 18 hour flight. However, a guest came in around 2PM and the same receptionist that reminded us that he couldn't check us in until 3PM, checked her in at 2PM. Thought that was quite unfair as all the receptionists there saw us waiting at the lobby since noon.

Staff was very helpful and stay was relaxing.

Pros: All the amenities and the daily breakfast. Pleasantly surprised by the in house bar and very adequate fitness room.

Cons: You could hear people walk up and down the halls. Minor issue.

Cons: breakfast time could be adjusted to accommodate travelers - 6:30 - 9:30 would be great!

Great stay with minor negatives

Pros: We have stayed here before and like the location. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great.

Cons: There were no luggage carts available to take our things up to the fifth floor. We had to make at least four trips. We were here two nights with our 2 kids. AC didn't seem to kick in fast enough. It took over an hour to go down 1 degree.

Excellent experience everytime I stay. Will definitely be back.

Pros: It was in a very versatile location and the property was very well cared for. It is very evident that the staff is happy to be there. Which shows in all aspects of the ambience.

Stay was pleasant and quiet. The location, located next to a major highway was quiet and pleasant.

Pros: Although breakfast for the Homewood Suites customers had excellent service it lacked the basic breakfast meats that was available for the Hampton Inn customers.

Cons: The personnel who cleaned rooms were friendly and courteous and provided items that were requested, however, certain items were not provided (forgotten) such as hand soap for the kitchen and bathroom areas and the hair conditioner container was empty. Staff would need to be better trained to evaluate items in room prior to customers checking in.

Pros: The room size, the shower, the cleanliness, friendly staff

Cons: The TV programs selection And Why charge parking? I booked through booking.com and my reservation stated free parking no reservation needed. It took some negotiating to not pay the parking, which I eventually did not.

Pros: Loved it, but the bed wasn't comfortable. We will be back, though!
