Very nice place to stay and the price was good.

Pros: Didn’t try the. Breakfast. Only because of timing. Everything with the room, the staff and the hotel was fine!

Cons: The $10 fee for the parking. I wouldn’t mind if you increased the room rent $10 for it, but add one for something that is expected and unavoidable would Look better in the price. Maybe you’re trying to help people who flew in or took a cab to the hotel, then just give them a discount. I know, petty, but it was the only thing that wasn’t perfect.

A solid 8.5/10 stay at Sonesta

Pros: I appreciated the accommodation of a larger shower for my height complication, as well as the temperature control in the rooms. Both were quite nice to have available. The snacks available in the lobby also made for a nice treat whenever needed.

Cons: The only dislike I had was an odd smell in the hallway our room was in. The carpet may have needed a cleaning, if not a room nearby.

Overall good, but amenities need improvement

Pros: Good room for the price. Staff was very helpful with a problem in the room.

Cons: The gym was a disaster. Wrights were gone, no towels and it was dirty Also, the room was not ready at 3:45 PM when I arrived. It took 45 minutes before I could go to my room.

Pros: Super gracious manager, who let me check in early and waived the early check-in fee as I was having surgery, although I’ll be at minor in Mission Viejo. It really helped me out to be able to check in early and be ready to go. She simply offered. I didn’t even have to ask, so appreciated you have definitely gained my business. I didn’t know you guys were in Laguna so glad I found you.
