Really nice apart from the room

Pros: Location. Cleanliness pool area and Lorenzo at reception was brilliant

Cons: We had a very noisy AC unit in the room which kept us awake most of the night. They did offer to move us at 2.30Am but we said we would put up with. Lorenzo at reception was very understanding

Overall a pleasant stay.

Pros: We have stayed here a few times due to convenient location. The facility overall is pleasant and clean. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is good.

Cons: Our room was comfortable and clean. The beds need to be upgraded, they are way too soft to give a comfortable nights sleep.

Excellent Hotel

Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. I attended a concert at the Sound, which was across the street from the hotel. It was a perfect walk to and from the hotel. The hotel overall was great with attentive and courteous staff.

Cons: I had no issues, so there is nothing to add here.

Comfortable, convenient and cozy!

Pros: We attended a concert across the street at The Sound. The location was perfect; convenient and easy to get to.

Cons: It seemed strange to have to pay for parking separately at this location. In very dense cities, paying for parking makes sense, but it did not seem like parking was a premium here.
