Good place to stay very close to San Diego

Pros: The location of the hotel was Perfect for us. Many parking Spaces along the hotel

Cons: No warm water the first two days. They fixed it on a sunday, which was great

A good place for a short stay

Pros: Hotel is located near to beach and some excellent places to eat. Breakfast at the Holiday Inn was good with a good variety of foods available. Staff were helpful and friendly

Cons: Unfortunately, our room had a strange odour, a bit musty. This didn't improve with doors open. Some of the areas of the hotel look tired

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was large.

Pros: Breakfast wasn't the best but they did have bagels and cream cheese.

Pros: Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Del Mar-Solana Beach was a lovely experience from the moment I drove in. Manager, Iris Molina and the entire front end team are incredible. The property is undergoing renovation however each area where upgrades are being addressed are immaculate with a quiet and tidy crew. The Breakfast Grab N Go selections are terrific! Hot Cinnamon Rolls, fresh fruit, cereal, bagels and morning toasted bread options, yogurt, hot oatmeal with delicious toppings, fresh juice options and breakfast sandwiches are a plus! The coffee is attended and consistently fresh brewed under the watchful and Cheery Abby. Walking distance to fun cafes and the beach. Every corner of this property is clean.

Pros: Walking distance to The Belly Up. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Cons: Hotel under construction. Breakfast was a little hectic to manage due to lack of space.

Great place!

Pros: We got a super early check in, the breakfast had frozen egg sandwiches, nice lamps in the room, a screen door to the patio, and comfortable bed..

Very comfortable room and bed, good breakfasts, good location

Pros: The room was very well furnished and the beds and lines were extremely comfortable; I slept better there than at home. It’s a good hotel breakfast with a lot of hot and cold food choices.

Cons: The pool and hot tub were closed due to ongoing renovations and I don’t appreciate the added charge of $16/night for parking.

A great place to stay with all the conveniences around the hotel.

Pros: The room was wonderful and the staff was great. They were under construction at the time so check in location was moved for a bit. Great place for everything, beach, dining, shopping, etc.

Pros: Me encantó su ubicación cerca de todo, restaurantes, playa, línea del bus. La habitación linda y confortable.

Cons: Estaba en remodelación y el lobby no era el ideal pero se entiende por la situación de remodelación .
