Pros: Very clean, staff are friendly and a great location

Pros: Room was clean, housekeeping staff did a good job with cleaning and providing amenities. Loved that the hotel had options for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Continental breakfast was good, location on hotel was close to a lot of shops.

A very nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff

Pros: Good location, and nice and clean rooms. What made our stay memorable was the hotel manager Geoffrey, who checked us in and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed

All in all it was a wonderful experience.. I'd gladly recommend to all my friends, family.

Pros: First off the entire staff was absolutely excellent! The room was wonderful. My children loved all the games. The restaurant was great best breakfast! Luke,Todd and another young lady (can't remember her name) made our stay so good.. We loved the vibe y'all got at this location.. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Cons: My only complaint was that there was way to many children in the Jacuzzi... They were treating it like a small pool and I noticed older guests including myself weren't really able to relax with all the children in the Jacuzzi. I honestly think that signs should be put up preventing anyone under 14 from being in the Jacuzzi. Also house keeping needs to pay closer attention to bringing out towels to the pool.

Eept for a few fixes the stay was fine.

Pros: It was fine. The breakfast staff were fantastic! The front desk staff were phenomenal.

Cons: The sign advertising burgers and fries in the elevator needs to be taken down. Not applicable to that location. On the second floor the area where the ice machine is says ice and vending. Vending not available there . Sign needs to be redone. The green room magnet kept falling off the door.

Overall good hotel

Pros: Room was very clean and spacious. The only issue was that the toilet could've been cleaner, but outside of that, the entire room seemed like it was clean and no issues. Location is good with two good places (Eureka and Carlsbad Brewing Co) to eat and drink right across the way. Also, Trader Joe's and Sprouts are very close too.

Cons: Restroom could've used more closer attention to cleaning.

Good Value

Pros: Spacious Room, Great Water Pressure, Comfortable Bed, Clean Room, Complementary Coffee in the Lobby, Friendly Staff, USB Ports readily available in the Room. Did not use any of the other amenities because we were out and about most of the time.

Cons: A/C made noise all night but kept room cool. The plug in the bathroom didnt work, so I had to dry my hair in the room without a mirror. The shower whistled while on (but we liked the pressure, so this is a small thing). Kids very, very noisy in the lobby and they would run up and down the hallway of the third floor where our room was located. Must have been a pre-teen convention going on somewhere.

Recommended for good value stay

Pros: Great facilities (gym, heated pool, laundry, other stuff), nice room, good shower. We arrived 3 hours early and got a room which was an unexpected bonus. Within 5-10 min walk of restaurants, Trader Joes etc. Handy to Legoland (10 min car ride). Handy to the suites next next door where we had family staying.

Cons: Breakfast was fine but not great for the price. We would have preferred a full self-service set up.

Excellent staff and great location!

Pros: Staff at this place is comparable to a four seasons. Everyone is so upbeat and helpful. What a delight!

Perfect for families

Pros: Most of the staff were genuinely welcoming and always smiling, which made the experience even better. The kids’ entertainment options were great and kept them happy throughout the stay. The whole property felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained.

Cons: The rooms would be more convenient with an electric kettle. Also, if you’re planning to visit popular San Diego spots like the zoo, the hotel is a bit far — about a 45-minute drive each way but that is not their fault just heads up.
