Comfortable rooms and beach front breeze with balconies

Pros: Ocean front balcony Overall vibe was relaxing Food was pretty good

Cons: Nice staff but check in was and hour late … nearly 5 and commuting with us about when room was finally ready was poor. Shower glass door has dropped and scratches on threshold of shower.. quite dangerous … told front desk but wasn’t fixed

Pros: Spectacular views! Excellent breakfast and cold pressed juices. Great drinks at the pool and friendly staff. Loved the free eBikes and instructions provided to use along with suggested scenic routes.

Pros: We could not find the location, driving by car, When we did it was great. The staff was very accommodating and thoughtful The restaurant (not the bar/quicker food) was superb. Access to the beach was excellent.

Our stay at Alila Marea was pure California coastal luxury—breathtaking views, impeccable service, and the perfect peace

Pros: Beautiful location & ocean views. The pool area and fire pits were amazing. Loved that there was a beach concierge. Absolute 5-star luxury. It’s adults-only, 21 and over which was perfect for our aunt-and-niece staycation. Even though the hotel was sold out, it did not feel crowded. Due to the smaller boutique size, it was quiet and had high staff to guest ratio, and every amenity was perfect.

Cons: Nothing. It was amazing!

Pros: Nice place. Odd location and layout a little strange and dark. Rooms were nice. Vaga was great.

Cons: Amex early check in did not work. Needed a couple of hours for that and we drove down early for that reason. Rooms all seem to face the highway unless on ocean side

Wonderful retreat on the beach

Pros: Beautiful, comfortable and very clean rooms. Amazing location on the beach. Great pool and restaurants. The staff were fantastic. Loads of little extras included like chairs and umbrellas for the beach, shuttle to downtown etc

I will stay here every time I'm in the area!!!!!

Pros: the staff is amazing. i had a problem with my room and Sabrina, Stephanie, and Rebecca at the front desk were fabulous. everyone greets you with a smile and ask is their anything they can do to enhance your stay? i can't say enough good things!!

Perfect Sunsets

Pros: The property sits perfectly above the Pacific Ocean. The staff made my stay a wonderful experience and were extremely friendly. The sunset views from the room were amazing.
