Pros: The rooms were very comfortable. Nice balconies. Fresh and clean loved having a fridge and microwave bathroom was very well lit. Great access to free laundry room and powders. Excellent facilities. Nove gym. They have fresh fruit in the gym and they are very generous with water all over the property. They had someone who contacted by text if you needed anything. It was a brilliant stay.

Cons: The shower pressure could have been better amd they need to properly fix the balcony door. When they renovated they didn't get new doors. The tracks are worn out.

Delightful and comfortable stay in La Costa!

Pros: I visit Carlsbad regularly and this stay was by far the most enjoyable! The bedding was so clean and comfortable and the towels changed daily. The in room dining was delicious and the view was so lush. The staff was so polite & helpful as well!

Cons: Because it’s a large and spread out property the main gym was pretty far - you have to drive if at night or in a hurry.

Pros: Receptionist Maykala and her manager (sorry we didn’t her/his name)went above and beyond to find us a room near the restaurant and swimming pool. It made our stay meaningful. Alex the restaurant manager is very attentive and made sure my wife’s birthday brunch was set properly with all the changes we made. He also personally came to our room to make sure our in villa dining experience and everything we ordered was delivered. Emily is wonderful and did her best to accommodate all of us during our brunch. We will be back soon and we highly recommend to stay here
