LEGOLAND California Hotel and Castle Hotel

Pros: The kids loved the theme rooms, lego everywhere. A dream for them.

Cons: Unfortunately, the rooms are very poorly lit. The kids were also disappointed that the TV in their room didn't play the lego movies

Pros: Room was great, kids loved it. Breakfast was good, great location to enjoy Legoland. Pool was lovely and we enjoyed that too. The novelty of having lego in the lobby is fantastic. Overall great experience.

Cons: Check in service was very poor. We arrived at 3.55pm and our room wasn’t available until 4.38. Man on check in desk had poor customer service.

Magical experience, clean and comfortable stay for our family!

Pros: Magical stay for the night. Awesome facilities, great pool, kids loved the in-room experience as a real standout during our 3 week holiday. Pop badge collection was great fun, the food in the buffet was varied and well presented. The beds were comfortable and everything felt clean and well catered for. We had a problem in the room with the lighting and the staff were incredibly quick to respond and resolve. The stand out was the hilarious duo who ran the bingo session and the staff at the pool & the porters for being proactively informative and helpful. The proximity to the park was of course a major bonus! We loved our time at Legoland.

Pros: The room wasn't ready as expected by 16:00 and they claimed the problem is with booking and the rooms will be ready by 17:00. It happened that we didn't get the room on time, although we got earlier and asked for early check-in and been answered they are working on it as top priority....

Great for kids. Food and service was great. Convenient to have everything in one place.

Good place to stay with kids for legoland park

Pros: The Kid friendly attitude, everything was kid friendly. There was story time and even a disco while we stayed. Kids loved doing the lego challenge to open the safe in the room and collect their prize.

Cons: The fact there was 1 laundry out of 2 hotel and only 2 washers and dryers and it closes at 10. The pool being closed over on 1 hotel so having to walk over the other hotel.

Amazing themed hotel

Pros: Amazing themed hotel rooms. My daughter loved her room. The treasure hunt was a lot of fun.

It is very convenient but you pay a lot for it and they don't have to work as hard for your business
