Fabulous stay

Pros: I like hotel design, attention to details and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel to families and couples.

Cons: The room was a bit noisy as it was near to the train station. Other than that, it's exceptional hotel! Highly recommended.

Pros: Love love love the interior design. It was SO beautifully decorated! Staff was lovely. Jordan at reception was great. The young man who checked us in was good as well.

Cons: It was not the hotels fault. I have been electronically harassed for 1.5 years - worldwide. And a couple of ladies checked into room 41 right after we checked in - near to midnight. And sure enough, I woke up feeling a target of a radio frequency which I have a gadget to measure.

Our view and the staff were wonderful, wish we had a microwave in our room.

Pros: We loved the view from our room and the rest we were seeking by our stay at the hotel. The room was quiet and clean. One of the reasons for our choice of the room was the high back chair. It was comfortable and provided for our needs.

Cons: There were a couple things that would be good to change. We really desired to have a microwave in our room. Upon check-in we were not told there was a microwave on the second floor that we could use, but even with that one available, we were on the third floor and had to carry our food down the hall to another floor, very inconvenient. Second, when we got to our room, there wasn't any information about the surrounding attractions, shopping or even the room service menu. We felt it presumptuous that everyone would have a QR reader on their phone to find out information about the hotel and other items. We do not use a QR app on our phone and felt lost when we got to our room.

Pros: The photos of this hotel don’t do it justice. It has a contemporary chilled beach vibe. It’s perfect for families, with fire pits to toast marshmallows, refill water bottles, pool open til 10pm, surf lessons available and welcoming to furry family members too! There is a library with work spaces if you need it and a great spa. It has a great restaurant and with the sister hotel next door, there is a huge choice of dining options. The staff are great and can’t do enough for you. stay as long as you can!

Cons: Only niggle was that we all left with bruises on our legs where the bed corners get you!

It was amazing, definitely will stay again. I loved Katie at counter she was such a charming person and so sweet.

Cons: The room felt a bit hot, I feel it was my fault about that but to be honest everything was perfect.

Cons: I called to get an extra blanket at 10pm. It took about 25 min. for the blanket to arrive. I felt like this was a little long.

Pros: Everything from the breath taking views from this beautiful location to the unique and classy sway of the Seabird full of modern touches and while effortlessly cozy and inviting every guest that walks in.
