Awesome place I great location and affordable.

Pros: Great location. Everything you need close by. Great hot tub and pool. Guest laundry. Great breakfast with lovely staff.

Cons: No pool towels

Pros: Lovely large room Had swimming pool but didn’t use Free parking Very good selection for breakfast and friendly staff keeping it topped up

Cons: No water dispenser on site only to buy from vending machine Breakfast room was a little gloomy and hot On a busy road but couldn’t hear traffic

Overall fine. Would come again for convenience and price. Staff also very professional and good.

Pros: Great location close to needed amenities / shops and suitable room with two double beds for family.

Cons: Had a lot of bugs and centipedes in the room.

Pros: Good place for reasonable price, the rooms are clean. Breakfast included and it’s really nice. Parking is for free

Cons: Rooms are starting to look a little worn and could do with a decor update but this doesn't stop the comfort and enjoyable stay

Good, clean property in convenient location.

Pros: The property was as pictured and good value given the prices charged at other properties in the area. It is 3-star but very clean and gardens are kept tidy and blossoming which is nice. The room was old but comfortable and kept very clean. Breakfast was simple but more than a basic continental and a good start to each day. Location was ideal and convenient.

Cons: The no pets policy wasn't enforced but a small dog kept next door didn't bark too much.

Pros: Comfortable, friendly and exceptionally clean..We have stayed here for over the last 7 yrs and will continue to come back..

Pros: The staff are so kind and always available. The location is absolutely perfect, easy access to any destination. You feel safe there and rooms are large. The breakfast is really nice, staff very friendly.

It was adequate for what we needed at this time, visiting a relative in the hospital next foor

Pros: It’s located within walking distance to two good restaurants, BJs Brewhouse and Kings Fish House Decent breakfast, nothing hot, except breads, but fair selection

Cons: It’s next to a fire station, seemed every 15 minutes there were loud sirens all night long The front desk staff are very robotic and lacking hospitality No ‘Welcome’ just ‘credit card and i.d. And check out, no ‘how was your stay’ just ‘do you need a receipt’ It doesn’t cost anything to smile and say thank you to your guests! Especially as we had stayed at this property previously
