Great location with clean room

Pros: We like the location and the breakfast. The scones were delicious. The cleaning staff were so lovely.

Cons: The laundry didn’t have proper directions with payment for the dryer.

The Christmas travel

Pros: I like the location of the hotel and that it was quiet. Staff are accommodating. Big room with kitchenette.

Cons: Breakfast had no variety. We basically ate the same during our 7 nights, not to mention that it was Christmas.

Pros: Room was huge! A real treat to have kitchen space too.

Cons: The washroom area did t have a door, this would have been nice. Also there were no hooks to hang towels.

Pros: The breakfast included. Kitchen in the room. The wine and snacks on Wednesday. Location is good.

Cons: The bed wasn't that comfortable. The staff did not mention that the room is only cleaned by request

Pros: Very nice and big rooms with a kichenette in the middle of Aliso Viejo just 20 minutes away from the ocean. You can easily reach Laguna Beach or Dana Point. Breakfast with bagels is included.. The beds are very comfortable and it is very quiet, so you can get a good sleep. A great coffee shop is nearby.

Cons: Rooms were not always cleaned to a satisfying level.

Pros: The facility was great, the staff amazing, clean, accommodating and the coffee bar a great touch.

Cons: Disappointed in the selection of breakfast foods. We stayed last year and there was more of a variety. The bar was not open during our stay on a Saturday evening.

It’s recommended, I loved it.

Pros: Staff friendly and will take care of you. Big rooms equipped with everything you need. Location also good.

Cons: Breakfast is fine but limited comparing to other hotels I stayed in before, especially for Hilton hotels, I would expect more! I got only 2 bottles of water on the day I arrived. I was hoping to find more in my room as I used to.
