Incredibly hospitable and designed to be a home away from home. Totally on point

Pros: It’s literally a home away from home. Staff is exceptionally nice.

Pros: Have stayed here a couple of times. We go to Five Points for concerts. It's a great location and with fridge and sink we are able to bring drinks and snacks.

Quiet place.

Pros: Very clean room, quiet area, close to Amtrak station.

Pros: Very quiet peaceful and safe location and Staff is very cooperative especially the duty Manager is exceptional she is very friendly and caring. Good value of money cheap and restful

Cons: Old construction smell’s seepage

Cons: تعامل الاستقبال كان من الأفضل يكون تعاملهم أفضل ويقدموا مشروب ترحيبي خاصة في خذه الأجواء الصيفية.

If I’m not at home, this is the next best thing

Pros: The staff always goes above and beyond and takes great care and makes you really feel at home

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: I loved that they were able to accommodate kitchen supplies, such as pans, plates, and spatulas. I was able to extend multiple days without any inconveniences or attitudes with the staff. My fiance would like to add that the hospitality was amazing and resourceful. And for the most part, friendly. Also, they are pet friendly and still, no signs of any bugs at all. Which my fiance and I are very sensitive to. We have been hotel hopping for the past year. And by far, this has been the best hospitality service we've experienced. In conclusion, hospitality, cleanliness, and staff are easily above a 10.

Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike.

Pros: Ac was super cold. And they had it turned on before I checked it so it was nice and chilled in the room.

Cons: TV kept dimming and I couldn't make it brighter, shower head sprayed real wide, even outside of the curten and flooded the bathroom a little bit. Appliances were rough and kinda dirty.

Clean, efficient and friendly

Pros: it was clean. Kind of bare bones, but sufficient and safe.
