Good stay but to find out Booking.com put us in a non-existent suite did not make us happy.

Pros: The hotel staff was excellent, but we were not happy with Booking.com telling us we had reserved a room that did not exist - we were told by Booking.com it was a king suite, yet we received a regular room. The room was good in the end, but I don't believe I'll use Booking.com again because you were the major issue that occurred during this visit!

Cons: Getting the room that we promised & paid for.

Pros: Room was very nice! Loved the wet room shower/tub! Bed very comfortable! Overall the facility was nice and well kept! Breakfast was great! And all staff was friendly and willing to serve!

Pros: Location. Immaculate. Nice lobby smell. View. Grounds. Surroundings.

Cons: Restaurant dark and dull. Not welcoming. Expensive parking - minimum charge of $30 even for half an hour

Enjoy my time with my family here

Pros: The hotel is awesome and I love the ocean view but the breakfast is not a good price match… it’s choosing meal on a menu with a budget under $30… I thought it would be a better dining experience.

Cons: There are soooooo many hidden fees….. valet parking for $65?

It was a relaxing and romantic time for my wife and I.

Pros: The pool bar and jacuzzi area. Great service, view and cocktails.

Cons: Shower towel quality. Minor, but annoying.

It was a paradise and after my experience at VEA I can’t never stay anywhere else when I come down.

Pros: The food, the cafe pastry quality, the beauty of the hotel all so breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back.

Cons: Every single time I wanted to sign on the in dining meal service receipt, the person started rapid firing tons of questions and it was SO distracting when I needed to focus on what I was doing. Less talking and not asking any questions is best when delivering in room dining please!!

Pros: Clean, contemporary feel. Everything felt new and fresh!

Cons: There was a party outside with loud music. It did end by 10:00-10:30

Great getaway resort, close to some fantastic dining options

Pros: It definitely has a resort “on vacation “ type of feel. Staff was very helpful. They upgraded my room. The bar was a great place to chill out before going out to dinner.

Cons: The walls are a little thin. I was kind of surprised with this particular feature, but it did not bother me at all.
