Pros: The hotel was very clean and everyone was very friendly. The pool area was great.

Cons: The mattress in my room was worn out. It was very flat and only got worse when I tried to sleep on it.

Relaxing (except for the dry cleaning service being really bad).

Pros: The room was fantastic - spacious & comfortable. The pool was lovely and quiet.

Cons: It was very busy in the lobby. Also, the dry cleaning is outsourced and they did a very bad job on my dress for a wedding. No one was answerable so it was very disappointing. It was a waste of a lot of money.

Pros: We had an excellent stay at Renaissance Newport beach hotel. As a family of 3 persons, 2 adults and 1 child 4 years old, we enjoyed the spacious room, the comfy beds and the cleanliness. Staff was kind and attentive to our needs, always greeting us with a genuine smile on their faces. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: The room and hotel were nice! The little restaurant was nice as well. There espresso machine was broken unfortunately. And they're food was pretty pricey.

Cons: You have to pay for parking and it's a bit of a walk. Unless you hire a valer.
