I would stay here again!
Pros: local to beaches, coffee shops and restaurants. loved that it included parking. The room was clean with all the amenities. we didn't get to take advantage of the pool and other facilities as we were touring most of the time, but it was a nice place to come back to at the end of the night.
Cons: The view. but not much you can do for a large apartment/condo complex. Not much personal interaction w the host as everything was form texts, welcome instructions, entry instructions, etc. Would have been nice to get local suggestions/opinions on places to eat/visit.

Great little landing place for a weekend trip. In a perfect spot for anything you might be looking for.
Pros: It was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. It was close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. We were very happy with the apartment. We had a little problem with someone parking in our spot. Luiz was very responsive, helpful, and great with all communications. She made our stay very easy and enjoyable.
Cons: It was a little tricky finding the parking at first, but once we found it, the instructions made total sense. The parking ended up being as close as possible to the unit.

Nice, fully stocked apartment in a walkable area of Newport Beach. Close to attraction!
Pros: No breakfast included but full kitchen and great restaurants around. Walkable area, near the beach, great gym, easy to park and get to the apartment
Cons: not so great scenery from the apartment but we were close enough to walk to great scenery

Cozy
Pros: We had a lovely stay. The kitchen was stocked better than anyplace I've ever stayed and I travel a lot. It had everything a family could possibly need for cooking meals (including a Keurig, rice cooker, blender, and even a spice rack with curry powder, turmeric, and herbs! Beds and pillows were comfortable, and both showers strong and simple to interpret. One bedroom has a Pac-Man and tennis racks. The complex's pool and jacuzzi are close to this unit; so is the parking slot. Directions for parking and entering the unit were perfect and we were about 10 minutes from the beach.
Cons: There's a lot to do to check out, but with two people helping it only took about a half hour to do the required tasks.

Pros: The apartment was exactly like the photos. Clean and spacious. The location was great and had easy access to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The amenities were great too! Nice pool and jacuzzi. Lastly, the host was very attentive and responsive.

Cons: La gente en la piscina es ruidosa (hasta tres altavoces de música sonando de forma entrecruzada cada uno con tipos de musica diferente)y dejan los perros sueltos por todos lados. Ningún responsable de la urbanización se preocupa de eso
