Nice place close to lots at a good price.

Pros: Great location close to lots of food and walks. Clean rooms and helpful staff. The toilet broke and someone was there the next day to fix it.

Cons: A busy complex with some noise going on until later in the bight. Once midnight hit it was pretty quiet.

Best deal in Newport Beach - in a safe neighborhood near beach area attractions.

Pros: Incredible value for Newport Beach. Multi-unit apartment complex. Large living room with kitchen, large bedroom with adequate bathroom. We used Uber to get around, and each fare was less than $12 - that's how close all restaurants whale watching, bars were!

Cons: A bit confusing finding our room.
