Pros: Our stay was great! I think the best thing about the place is the location — right at the beginning of Balboa Peninsula, an amazing, peaceful, and friendly area full of things to explore. The accommodation was clean and comfortably fit all four members of my family. The living room TV had all the channels and movie options we needed, and overall, I’m really satisfied with everything!

Cons: The living room sofa is coming apart and releasing some kind of glue. The apartment’s air conditioning doesn’t work all the time, and there were used shampoo and conditioner bottles left in the bathroom. Also, there were clothes inside the closets.

Awesome relaxing vacation home very close to beach and restaurants

Pros: We felt so relaxed and at home in this vacation rental. We found it very comfortable and a great relaxing vibe. All amenities that we needed were included and everything was super easy and smooth as far getting door keys etc. Lots of restaurants and fun stuff including beaches within walking distance.

Cons: Our only downside was that the neighbours in our adjacent unit had a loud domestic argument and we were subjected to it being in close proximity...we did call 911 and didn't have any further disturbances from them or anyone else after that.

Beautiful beach getaway!

Pros: We loved everything about this property. The location to the beach and little beach village was perfect. We walked to restaurants that were recommended and had delicious meals. Enjoyed walking every morning on the walk path.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect!

Pros: Great location! Very close to the beach, attractions and restaurants. Definitely the place to stay off your looking to avoid driving. The house was perfect for our family, very relaxing to return to after long days on the beach. Last but not least the host was the greatest! Anything we needed or any questions we had he took care of it right away! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

Pros: Booking mentioned a key box on the door - there was no key box.. the host lives adjacent so helped us with the checkin

Cons: There was no mop/ broom provided to just tidy up especially with all the sand. Also some extra trash bags wud be nice.

Pros: Great space and very nice amenities. Also in a great location! Close to the beach and harbor, and lots of great restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed and more.

A solid, comfortable, super convenient apartment.

Pros: One block from the beach, a few minutes from the auto ferry. Beds were comfortable, good kitchen.

Cons: A/C was just OK.

Pros: My husband and I loved that it had AC. It got a little warm in the afternoons so turning on the ac units cooled it down quickly. We also liked that we had our own parking spot. Great location. Super close to the beach. Communication with the host was very good. They answered any questions I had within 5 mins. My kids didn't want to leave.

Cons: There were only 3 bathroom towels provided and I did not see any washcloths. I brought extra beach towels so we used those. We were only provided 1 trash bag to use for the 3 days we were there. I had to use grocery bags to put trash in. The beds were not great.

Pros: Location is womderful. Walking distance to everything including the beautiful beach!

Cons: We loved everything about the place!
