Victorian Gem Close to Petco Park & Gaslamp

Great location and nice and cozy appartment

Pros: Great location pretty close to the airport and the beach. Staff was very helpfull when we had a few requests.

Comfortable and stylish property in an interesting neighborhood.

Pros: Close to Barrio Logan, which was an interesting area with nice coffee and food options. Most of the recommendations from the property were great. The property was comfortable and stylish. Free onsite parking and generally convenient for public transportation. The extra loft space was nice to have, and the guest Netflix account was appreciated!

Cons: The neighborhood generally felt safe but we weren't always sure about security around the property and safety inside it. Some of the latches on the windows were broken. We did see some incidents around neighboring properties and near the trolley station.

Pros: ホストとのコミュニケーションがとてもよかったです。周辺のレストランなどの情報から家へのアクセスも正確で、安心して滞在できました。キッチンには必要なものがすべて整っており、ベッドルームは1階と2階にわかれていたため適度にプライバシーも保てました。ワインもとても美味しかったです。徒歩5分ほどのところにあるイタリアンレストランはとてもおススメ！予約必須です。周辺は静かな環境で、ゆっくり滞在できました。

Cons: シャワーと蛇口の切り替えが完全にできず、両方から水がでるため足元に水がたまり水はけが気になりました。大きなスーツケースは2階へのらせん階段を上るには難しいと思います。私は小さな荷物だったので2階のベッドルームを使いましたが同僚は大きなスーツケースだったので1階のベッドルームを優先して使いました。
