Excellent apartment. Almost brand new. Nicely decorated and very safe and new building. It has everything you need.

Pros: Very clean. The view from the apartment is magnificent. It has everything you need.

Cons: Location is downtown which is ok. But tends to be too quiet at night and doesn’t encourage you to walk or have your teenager walk alone. If you are looking for more lively and vibrant area, check little Italy or closer to the beaches.
