Pros: Location overlooking the beach and ocean was perfect, as was the proximity to Pacific Beach. The apartment was recently refurbished and is comfortable and well-equipped. Allocated parking at the rear of the building was convenient, although there are so many restaurants and shops within an easy walk that we seldom used the car in the evenings.
