Nice place for 4 to stay

Pros: Spacious, tv in every room. Good location, can walk to downtown, but there’s a very big hill in between!

Cons: A little noisy if there are people staying upstairs.

Pros: Location close to downtown San Diego and Mission Beach. TV's in each room was nice

Cons: Thin walls; you could hear above tenants walking around which was a little annoying

Feels like home away from home, very quiet, comfy stay.

Pros: Beds were big & comfortable, both bedrooms were so spacious. The view at night of the city and the fire works were the cherry on top. I was pleasantly surprised to see the kitchen had it all, pots, pans, cutting boards, utensils, spices even ice. Not to mention the showers had full sized shampoo, body wash and lotion.

Cons: Street Parking for extra vehicles. There is parking on the property but we each had our vehicles and had to do street parking for the extra cars. We ended up finding open spaces 1 to 2 streets down. Everything seemed to be quiet and safe so not too much of an issue.

It was just the right size and having a bathroom with each bedroom was a Plus!

Pros: I loved how easy it was to find and it was very cozy. I wanted to take my pillow home with me. lol

Cons: I wish we would have known about not having an air conditioner prior to renting, but it ended up being okay. We stayed very comfortable and was able to sleep with the windows open, it was very nice.

Perfect central location with amazing cozy vibes.

Pros: This apartment was so cute and cozy and felt like we made it a home for the few nights we stayed. Tons of fans and ac supplied for the hot San Diego days. The rooms were spacious and were separated by a long hallway for privacy. The location was also perfect. Our drives were no longer than 15-20 minutes to all our destinations. The view of downtown during sunset/night were breathtaking especially on the patio. Definitely will consider staying here again.

Pros: Having a kitchen was really nice, with a bunch of stores nearby (10 min walk).

Cons: The lockbox needs an upgrade.

Private, comfortable, spacious, older homelike apartment.

Pros: Spacious 2br, 2ba at separate ends of the hall, plenty of towels; terrific iron & counter ironing board; storage cabinets in bedroom, hanging rack for work clothes; comfy livingrm; extra kitchen counter space; 3 televisions; front deck with chairs and picnic table; somewhat private location; view of highway down below and sunset up above.

Cons: No counter space or hooks in bathrooms for toiletries.

Our stay was great and would love to use this place for a private get away from home from time to time.

Pros: They place is great for a family to stay. The rooms are located where there is great privacy. The yard is big the deck is amazing to sit in the sun. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cons: It’s private quiet and very comfortable

Good value, renters are accommodating.

Pros: Plenty of space without the cost. Lots of airplanes, can be either good or bad depending on how much you like airplanes.
