Exceptional apartment & value for money

Pros: The apartment was lovely, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice relaxing space to end your day with!!

Pros: The location was great! We were always 15 min or less from everywhere we wanted to go! This condo is perfect for wheelchair users, the bathroom is very spacious, doorways wide enough for wheelchair to fit through. This condo was nice and clean and very tastefully decorated. Indoor parking was nice. People in the building were friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Pros: 地點非常棒而且很安靜舒適的住宅區，處處可以感覺到屋主對房子的用心，有固定的停車位，電視有Netflix及YouTube ，有洗衣機及烘衣機，check in直接給密碼非常方便，這是我旅行中住過最好的房子，強烈推薦。

Pros: Location couldn't have been more convenient. Foods/Freeways all within 2 blocks with the facility secure and comfortable.

Cons: The hallways were a bit dark/non discript but easy to navigate.

Pros: It was nicely accessible for my son's wheelchair! It was bright and cheerful and the decor was great. It had a relaxing vibe. Thank you!

Cons: Could have used better bath towels (they were pretty rough/thin) and only had one hand towel in the kitchen.

Great location, great place to stay for a weekend or week

Pros: Loved the location and the overall look of the new building

Cons: It was near some ongoing construction and could smell whatever they were spraying from the inside. There was also no body wash in the restroom and the water filter on the fridge I believe had to be replaced soon.

FANTASTIC STAY!!

Pros: We had an amazing 3-day stay! Vanessa and Art were wonderful super-hosts, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, they will communicate via text super fast. They really thought of every detail! The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made it super comfortable and private for our group. The balcony was a great spot to relax. The property has its own private close garage at the bottom of the building which made it so convenient, private, and secured for our group. Great location, we also loved how centrally located it was, just a quick drive to the beach or downtown about 10–15 minutes to everything. The building amenities, like the outdoor fire pit and BBQ area, were a nice bonus. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home and super comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in San Diego! Thank You Vanessa and Art

Pros: The location is great - close to a lot of restaurants and shops and all the main attractions of San Diego.

Cons: I don't have anything bad to report.

Perfect location to stay for visiting the Balboa Park and the SeaWorld.

Pros: The rooms are cozy and clean. May need a drinking water system for the kitchen, as the tap water in San Diego, South California, is often considered bad-tasting. The multi-function K-Cup coffee system is great! You may make a single cup with the capsule for yourself or make up to 10 cups for the entire family. The kitchen is clean, too. We didn't cook inside the apartment, but all the kitchenware is ready for your light cooking. The parking space is no problem for our minivan. The neighbors are friendly. There is a construction site beside the building, but it is not operating at night. The A/C is working perfectly. My kids like the board games in the living room.

Cons: Nearly nothing to complain. We may need more good clothes hangers next time.

Pros: Great clean condo close to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.
