Good value for money, hosts go out of their way to provide the small necessities.

Pros: Location was a bit out of downtown, but we knew if from the start. Vehicle is needed, but that counts for anywhere in the states. Nice and clean apartment, loved that the hosts left us coffee and tabs for dishwasher and the waching machine. That was a home run for us.

Cons: Really nothing.

Modern apartment in prime location

Pros: Beautiful view, especially during sunset! Well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed. Convenient location. Washer/dryer and A/C.

Cons: No bathroom towel hooks or bars whatsoever. Slight construction noise next door from sunrise to sunset. Wood floors could have been dusted or mopped better.

Fantastic SD apartment!

Pros: Location was great! Very close to everything. In the middle of some great restaurants within waking distance. Having a garage parking spot was so convenient. The apartment was comfortable and sufficiently appointed. The view was nice. We did not use the third floor BBQ and firepits but looked like it would be fun. Overall a fantastic place to stay in San Diego!

Cons: We stayed a week so maybe having an Extra set of towels would have been nice. To be completely fair, we did not ask for them. Only one complaint I have is that the plastic inner shower curtain lining had some pink mold and needed changing or cleaning.

Lovely stay

Pros: Beautiful spot with great sunlight and warmth. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was really spacious. The host were also very kind and super responsive.

Convenient and well-appointed condo in trendy North Park.

Pros: Nicely furnished; the big windows let in plenty of light and provided a nice view, making the place feel very spacious. Having a parking space in the building was great, and important in that hard-to-park neighborhood.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Superbe appartement design et très grand. Rien à ajouter 10/10. Propriétaire réactif en plus aux demandes. Parties communes sympa avec espaces de tables brasero, barbecue … idéal pour repas à plusieurs en extérieur

Cons: Rien je reviendrai sans hésitation

This stay was a luxury home away from home with a great view!!!

Pros: Location of this place was close and convenient! There was very loud construction and kinda hard to get in and it out due to the built up of traffic. The bedroom was very spacious, bed was soft and very comfy. The windows made a great view to see the sky set from either room. The bathroom overall was spacious and tub was a great size. The kitchen was also a good size w all basics and MORE! I enjoyed lounging and cooking here for 4 days! Highly recommend & would book again in the future!
