Great location and comfort property for families vacation
Pros: Modern, spacious and well-equipped house. Perfect and quiet location up to 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from the ocean beach. We used car and bus for transportation to the city sights/attractions. House was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6 (2 adults + 2 adults + senior + 1 kids 4 yrs old). Garage incl. beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys available. Dan and Becky / owners were very friendly, very helpful with perfect communication.

Excellent stay!!
Pros: It was a beautiful property and extremely clean and spacious. Great location near the beaches and an easy drive to the city.
Cons: With a bit of a tweak the brown and white room’s bed creaks a lot. This would be an easy fix. If we stayed longer we would request this to be adjusted or try and fix ourselves.

We enjoyed this property. It is close to the beach and tourist destinations.
Pros: Centrally located, had a garage and areas by the liquor store for parking. Cute apartment, quiet area. Dan and Becky were good hosts, we were ready to check in early. Love that there is a washer and dryer.
Cons: Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

A cozy and relaxing space to stay while enjoying the coast of SD
Pros: I loved the location, the garage parking, the amount of space, the bedding. The beds were extremely comfortable so much that my friend was asking about what mattresses were on them. I really liked the proximity to ocean beach as well as to other sights/attractions.
Cons: The AC didn’t seem to be working as strongly after the first day. We set it to 68 and it was cool the first night but it didn’t seem to stay that cold the following two nights. There were also some scuff marks on the walls (not a huge deal but some people might care)

Great location and property for families!
Pros: Loved the location! We walked everywhere and nothing was more than 10 minutes away. House was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids under 12 and a Golden Retriever). Dan and Becky were super responsive and helpful. Loved that there was a wagon, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards available so we didn’t have to bring them from home. Would definitely stay again!
Cons: Parking was not fun initially. We knew the garage would be on the smaller side, but we only have a minivan and thought we’d fit. Even if our van would have fit inside the garage, there was no way we would have been able to get it in due to the narrowness of the alley and other cars parked in the alley. Street parking was hard to come by, but once we found a spot, we were able to keep it parked with no issues. Thankfully, everything was within walking distance!!

Pros: The property was very organized, updated and clean. The owners were very receptive with communication. We will definitely stay again!
Cons: Small garage- BUT was noted prior to coming it was going to be small and larger SUV’s won’t fit.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gestaltet, mit einer neuen Küche und sehr bequeme Betten. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Alles in allem definitiv eine Weiterempfehlung falls man einen Aufenthalt in San Diego hat.
