Modern 1 BR Apt - Walk to Ocean & Cafes

Pros: This place is absolutely wonderful !!! Completly up to date , very well equiped and very clean !!! Lowely decorated ! Beautiful yard , lovely trees and nice patio . Every apartment has his one garage ! We had wonderful time staying in aprtment 5077 for 10 days and we wood come here again any time . Highly recommend ! ❤️❤️❤️

Cons: Everything was wonderful

A dog friendly place with the beach, 7-11 store, and many restaurants within walking distance.

Pros: The location was perfect. It was a much quieter street than some and close to dog beach. It was nicely decorated and they provided all the necessary provisions for our stay, even colorful beach towels and Prime TV.

Cons: It would be nice if there was a patio table outside.

Pros: Super easy front door and garage codes. Loved the furnishings and linens. Everything was in great shape. Even though it's a dog-friendly place, only a few dog hairs found. The washing machine, shower, having beach towels, and prime location to OB and to shops/restaurants were great. We love the People's Co-op, so it was a nice extra bonus to have Dan and Becky's member # to use there. Very helpful to have the hose outside to rinse the sand off. All pretty much exactly as described. Our rental car did end up being slightly too large for the garage/parking angle into the garage, but it was mostly easy to find close street parking, except on the weekend.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a small pantry with things like vinegar, oil, and a few spices. We don't like to use coffee pods because of the plastic waste, and so ended up buying a coffee dripper since we were there a whole week. It was mostly very quiet, except when some other guests with 4 dogs checked in partway through our stay and the dogs cried for hours at 6am. I messaged Dan and Becky and they were able to contact these guests and we didn't hear the dogs again after that.

Pros: Everything! Clean, simple, comfortable. Walkable area, pleasant people. The most wonderful throw blanket ever!

Cons: No sugar for my coffee! Some sort of shelf in the bathroom would be helpful....

Pros: Great response time when needed. Everything was exceptional at this location!

My stay-cation met my needs and it was good to be back in OB.

Pros: Spacious 1 bedroom. I enjoyed cooking my own meals and then watching a movie on the comfy couch. The bed was very comfortable too. Nice walk to beach.

Cons: The ally it was on was messy and I heard someone going thru the garbage in the middle of the night. Views from the apartment were kind of blah. Getting up and down the stairs with my bags was not easy and a little unsafe (I have bad knees).
