We were comfortable & enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The unobstructed ocean view & location are unmatched. Bathrooms are nice, clean with fluffy white towels. Beds & lines are high quality, clean & comfortable. Stubb's Real Estate is easy to work with & texted often to check in on us.

Cons: First, I expected the property to be dated. However, for this price point I didn't expect the carpet to be worn bare in places & stained. The furnishings in the LR & DR are stained, worn out & ready for the dump. The kitchen is bright & clean, but poorly equipped with older, chipped, dust-covered items. The vertical blinds are falling apart. The views compensated for these issues.
